2. When I trying to register a new account or check out my country is not listed. Why?

If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu when you try to register a new acount, you reside in a country that we don not ship to at the moment or you reside in a country that is possibly under embargo.

3. How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse through the ZMC Store, you can click on the "ADD TO CART" button beneath the items that you want to purchase. In case a product have options the same button says "SELECT OPTIONS". You click on that button to see the different options for the chosen product.  

 

4. How do I know what is in my shopping cart?

When browsing through ZMC Store, simply look to the upper right side of the screen to see where you can see the CART SYMBOL. Simply click on the symbol and a window will be shown on the top of the page with the items in your cart. 

 

5. How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

You can click on the CART SYMBOL on the upper right side on the page, there you will have the option to delete any items that you would like to remove from your shopping cart.

 

6. How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?

You can edit the items in your shopping cart by choosing "VIEW CART" in the MY ACCOUNT menu in the main menu on the top of the page. Once you are in the CART PAGE you will have the option to modify the quantity of any products in your cart.

 

7. Why is it not possible to increase the quantity on a product in my shopping cart?

We have limited quantity of products in our stock and if you cannot change the product quantity in your shopping cart then it means that you have the last one in the stock of that particular product.

 

8. How do I empty out my shopping cart?

To remove items from your shopping cart click on "VIEW CART" in the MY ACCOUNT menu on the top of the page. Once on the cart page you will find the "CLEAR SHOPPING CART" button just below the product table to the left.

 

9. How do I pay for my merchandise?

We accept Visa and MasterCard for online orders, subject to proper authorization. 

 

10. Is it safe to give you my credit card number over the Internet?

Yes, we use industry standard security for all of our online transactions. 

 

11. What currency will be charged on my credit card? 

As we are located in the EU and our currency is Euro you will always be charged in Euro on your card. Any exchange rate will be handled by your credit card provider.

  

12. When I see the prices in my country currency, the cart and the checkout shows everything is in the same currency, will I still be charged in Euro? 

To make it easier for our international customers to see the prices in their own country currency (when available) we made this available. However as mentioned above in the answer to Question 2, we are located in the EU and our currency is Euro so your card will always be charged in Euro. That is why on your card statement you will see that you have been charged in Euro.

 

13. How is the prices calculated in the local currency?

All prices shown in the local currencies are based on the live standard exchange rates.However, the final price that you are charged in your local currency might be different depending on the exchange rate your card provider uses. That is not something we control or apply. Different card providers use different exchange rates for different type of cards as well.

Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make certain that the email address you provide is correct.
